1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Non-Personalized Products:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Products:

    • These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@accezzori.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the product using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.


7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process. Please ensure the return package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
